With our program, you get a "Team" approach and the result is a multi-faceted program and relationship. We are really act as Brokers for our clients by introducing them to additional advisors and then coordinate the efforts of all of them. Over time, our clients receive a relationship they count on. Founding President & Senior Advisor
Troy started his career working with Elder Law Firms, assisting individuals and families in understanding how to take advantage of their legal rights to avoid probate, minimize the effects that the cost of skilled nursing and health crisis has upon and their estates, and to assure that the settlement upon their death of their estate is seamless and private.
Estate Protectors was created because of Troy's experience of the "Traditional Method" of creating estate plans to be somewhat obsolete. This experience will be discussed in further detail on the Estate Planning page.
Studying in the School of Business & Economics at the University of Cal State Hayward, Troy focused on accounting and economics as areas of focus. Additionally, he holds active insurance licenses in many states, is a certified senior advisor, and the firm is a Registered Investment Advisor. Since 1998, Troy has assisted over 1,200 families with the planning affairs.

Charissa joined Estate Protectors in 2016 after joining Troy's family as Mrs. Barnes. She has a wealth of experience in creating close and viable relationships with clients and our professional advisory partners. Charissa has worked for law firms and also served in business development with the California Chamber of Commerce. She excels in relationships, communication and servicing others.

Advisory Services Account Manager
Quinn Hadley was born in born in Taylor, Utah outside Ogden. He attended Fremont High School and Weber State University. After serving an LDS Mission to Porto Alegre, Brazil, he moved to St. George and enrolled at Dixie State where he later received a Bachelor of Communications with a Management and Leadership emphasis. He met and married Nicole Metcalf of St. George and they have 4 beautiful children. Quinn enjoyed a 12 year career as a Funeral Director and learned to love and serve the families of Washington County. After assisting hundreds of families in that capacity, he transitioned into pre-planning as he saw the enormous benefits and peace of mind that pre-arranging brings to families at a difficult time. Quinn specializes in both funeral planning and final expense life insurance. His goal is to help as many families as possible to be financially prepared for the inevitable. He loves working with other like-minded professionals who really care and want to help the wonderful people of this community in any way they can.
